Stream temperature data were combined from data collected by the Forest Service (USFS), the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF), Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The ODFW monitored sites are located in the headwaters of the North Fork of the Coquille, the BLM sites are located along tributaries to the East and Middle Forks, the USFS sites are located in the headwaters of the South Fork, and the DEQ sites are located along the Main and South Fork of the Coquille. The data consist of continuous temperature measurements. Stream temperature data is assessed in the summer, which is the time period when the lowest streamflow and maximum stream temperatures can be expected. Temperature data for 1993 is shown in Table 14.
