  Description:
    Abstract: Southeast Alaska shoreline coverage. Geographic features include a 200 meter buffer along the shoreline and a grid of 1 nautical mile squares over the open water. Transects were selected from these two layers. The transects have survey attributes associated with them. The geographic file also has layers containing generalized coverage of land areas in Southeast Alaska and along the adjacent Canadian Provinces imported from the Alaskan Seabird Colony catalog. This dataset is intended to store yearly seabird survey data collected by USFWS.
