ABSTRACT/DESCRIPTION:  
This file contains latitude and longitude lines for every two degrees spanning the state. The 
annotation subclass anno2mil can be used to draw labels for the even degrees around the border of 
statewide maps. Other annotation subclasses have been added in order to place latitude-longitude 
annotation around the borders of 1: 1,000,000 scale maps: anno_sw (southwest region), anno_sc 
(southcentral region), anno_se (southeast region), anno_n (northern region), anno_ap (Alaskan 
Peninsula region), and anno_al (Aleutian Islands region).
